Cafrino is hiring a Digital Product Manager! This Digital Product Manager role isn’t exactly typical, so we decided to write an article and get more specific. The ideal fit for this position is someone who is experienced in live and online poker. The world of legal online poker is the main focus of Cafrino currently, and finding a qualified candidate who is also familiar with this industry is important to their success.
The product manager will be working closely with Design, Marketing, Development, and Customer Support teams to analyze the performance of new features, using these results to guide future game development and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate would be able to thrive in a heavily collaborative environment. They must be enthusiastic about driving results and excited by the opportunity to make a big impact on our games, and the poker industry as a whole. Creative ideas are welcome here! Duties
- Maximizing player time-on-device, monetization, and retention
- Evaluating and prioritizing current and planned feature list
- Working closely with the development team to plan, test, and implement new features
- Managing and optimizing tournament schedules
- Developing new tournament types to increase engagement and value
- Developing a rapport with players via game and social channels
- Obtaining and tracking player feedback
- Helping create feature list to increase engagement and value
- Helping manage and prioritize feature list backlog
- Providing feedback to players, including new features, issues, and bug fixes
- Managing and tracking weekly growth and other player data.
Expected experience and qualifications are as follows:
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in online gaming
- Extensive knowledge of online gaming, especially in free-to-play and casino-style gaming
- Proven track record of understanding ROI and meeting revenue goals
- Experience designing, executing and optimizing player engagement and communication programs that leverage marketing automation technologies
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage projects in an organized manner
- Ability to think strategically, creatively and analytically required
- Skills in building working relationships with others inside and outside the organization
- Understanding of advertising techniques, segmentation, targeting, campaign optimization
- Strong knowledge or analytics platforms, split-testing and CRM tools
- Must be organized and self-starting
- Strong oral and written English communication skills
