Summary

The Director of Advertising Sales will report to the CEO, and will manage, mentor, and grow the Online Advertising Sales team.

Essential Duties

• Identify and build relationships with potential partners and clients
• Secure sales of online advertising
• Develop sales strategies
• Mentor and grow the sales team

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of online sales experience
• Solid understanding of online advertising and ad technologies
• Experience managing and mentoring a sales team
• Must be organized, self-starting
• Organization and multi-tasking skills
• Strong oral and written English communication skills
